Access
04 Apr 2019 - Tansy Arron-Walker
Plans for developing access to and around the property.
The land is currently used for annual cash cropping and has no building sites. It is adjacent to S650E on the east boundary and to River Rd on the south boundary.
General principles for access
To minimise maintenence requirements, keep access routes on ridgelines or on contour.
Ridgeline routes have the least amount of runoff, minimising washouts.

Contour routes are flat, which makes for easy travel, and can be used to catch water and divert it into swales.

Required access
- Vehicle access to house and barn, including adequate turning radius for hay deliveries, horse floats etc.
- paths sufficient for moving livestock between barn and pasture.
- potentially fourwheeler access between barn and pasture (for moving eggmobile/hay/water/mineral feeder etc)
- smaller footpaths from house and barn to neighbors house, pond, fields and forraging areas.
